Today, Microsoft announced the long rumored and leak Xbox Elite series 2 controller in white that has been dubbed the Core.

The Core will feature a 40 hour rechargeable battery, the rubberized grips seen on the Elite series 2, interchangeable thumbsticks and direction buttons, and will sell for $129.99. If you want to actually be able to change those thumbsticks you will also need to buy the component pack which will retail for an additional $59.99. The black Series 2 controller will continue to come with the component pack and retails at $179.99 for a savings of $10.
