Jumpship and Xbox have revealed the new game Somerville. Somerville sees a family navigate a world in what appears to be an alien invasion or some other futuristic conflict. The trailer shows off gameplay similar to that of inside or limbo, but appears to have less direct conflict.

Jumpship’s debut title will immerse players in a hand-crafted narrative set across a vivid and rural landscape. Set in the wake of a catastrophe and grounded in the intimate repercussions of large-scale conflict, players will navigate through perilous terrain as they unravel the mysteries of Earth’s visitors

Somerville is slated for 2022 release date and will launch on Gamepass on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
